PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection apparatus of specimen blood and a collection method of the specimen blood capable of collecting sanitarily blood in a segment tube, and enabling environment-friendly disposal. SOLUTION: This collection apparatus of the specimen blood comprises a tube perforating tool 1 acquired by forming integrally from a synthetic resin material, one piece 5 having a holding part 3 for holding the segment tube 2 and a needle 4 for piercing and perforating the segment tube 2 on the holding part 3, and the other piece 7 having an adjacent tube pressing part 6 in the facing state to the needle 4 so as to press a perforation spot of the segment tube 2, capable of maintaining the pressing state of the perforation spot by the tube pressing part 6, while sandwiching the segment tube 2 together with one piece 5. An air passing channel i is formed in the needle 4, in order to inject the air a into the segment tube 2 for the purpose of taking out the blood b in the segment tube 2 into a test tube 8, when the tube perforating tool 1 is transferred into the test tube 8 and the test tube 8 is operated by a centrifugal separator.
