PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission belt which can be used again as the power transmission belt by repairing and renewing the damaged portion of the power transmission portion of the power transmission belt, which has been used under appropriate service conditions or after its life, during or after the use of the power transmission belt. SOLUTION: In the power transmission belt having the power transmission portion, the power transmission portion in at least a part of the power transmission belt is configured as two layers.
