PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Welsh onion skinning processor capable of effectively removing attachments of Welsh onion of each kind of thickness with a small injection quantity without complicating a nozzle structure. SOLUTION: This Welsh onion skinning processor 1 has 3 nozzles 41, 42 and 43 which remove attachments from Welsh onion through spraying compressed air to the skin of Welsh onion. The nozzles 41, 42 and 43 are each composed of the left nozzle 41 and right nozzle 42 each arranged in a standing condition on the right and left of a skinning process position of Welsh onion, and the upper nozzle 43 set on the upper side of the skinning process position. An upper cover 15 (upper nozzle moving means) which moves the upper nozzle 43 to the upper side of the skinning process position is set, and a Welsh onion height adjusting member 50 (Welsh onion height adjusting means) for adjusting the height of Welsh onion placed on the skinning process position is set on the skinning process position.
