PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a drop in dust removing effect, which is caused by the accumulation of dust into a dust collection bag makes the air passing through flow to the upper part of the dust collection bag with a smaller air flow resistance and stirs up fine dust again after being shaken off the internal surface (filter surface) of the dust collection bag even once removed eventually clogging the upper part of the dust collection. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner is provided with a dust removing means for removing dust sticking to the internal surface of the dust collection bag and a drive means for driving the dust removing means. The dust removing means for removing dust from the dust collection bag is composed of a first dust removing body disposed behind the dust collection bag, a second dust removing body disposed above the bag and a third dust removing body below the dust collection bag.
