PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an MR image with excellent image quality based on respective data obtained by n coils. SOLUTION: A first synthetic signal P(1) of a pixel group of first low resolution images corresponding to imaging objects at equal distances from a first coil and k-th (k=2, ..., n) coils is compared to a k-th synthetic signal P(k) of a pixel group of k-th low resolution images. Thereby an intensity correction factor and phase shift amount corresponding to the k-th coil are calculated. Intensity and phase of respective low resolution images are corrected using those.
