A manufacturing method of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) display panel is provided to reduce the number of masks for manufacturing an organic TFT, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and simplifying the manufacturing process. A signal line is formed on a substrate. An interfacial insulating layer(140) is formed on the substrate and the signal line. The interfacial insulating layer is imprinted by a molding member with a predetermined pattern so that an opening(144) is formed. An organic semiconductor(154) is formed at the opening. A source electrode and a drain electrode(195) for contacting with the organic semiconductor are formed. One side of the molding member is flat and the other side thereof has a convex member. The convex member has the first convex member and the second convex member thicker than the first convex member. The opening includes the first opening formed by the first convex member and the second opening formed by the second convex member.
