<p>An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve a contrast of the display device by forming a circular polarizing layer using a film growing process. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(1), an organic light emitting element(3), a sealing member, a 1/4 wavelength layer(21), and a linear polarizing layer(22). The organic light emitting element is arranged on the substrate and displays an image. The sealing member is formed on the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display). The 1/4 wavelength layer is formed on one of the surfaces which are formed by the substrate, the OLED, and the sealing member. The linear polarizing layer is formed on the other one of the surfaces which are formed by the substrate, the OLED, and the sealing member. The linear polarizing layer is arranged to be close to the image from the 1/4 wavelength layer.</p> |
