A ceiling panel is provided to install the panel at the ceiling and to shorten the working time by placing a side plate having a projection which is inserted in an insertion groove selectively. A ceiling panel comprises an upper plate(10), a side plate(30), and a fixed plate(50). The side plate has a projection(30a) projected to the outer direction, and an insertion groove(30b) in which the projection is selectively inserted. The fixed plate is bent horizontally from the end of the side plate and fixed at the ceiling. The side plate has first, second, third, and fourth side plate members. The height of the first and fourth side plate members is the same as that of the second and third side plate members. Inclined parts(70) are formed at ends of the upper plate.
