摘要 A far infrared latex glove drying and vulcanizing apparatus is provided to reduce time taken for drying and vulcanization by supplying uniform thermal energy to the apparatus. A far infrared latex glove drying and vulcanizing apparatus includes a first hot air supply unit(101), a second hot air supply unit(102), a first far infrared radiation unit(200) and a third hot air supply unit(103), a fourth hot air supply unit(104), and a second far infrared radiation unit(201) and a fifth hot air supply unit(105). The first hot air supply unit dries a mold having a shape of a latex glove washed by a washing unit(20). The second hot air supply unit dries the mold passed through the first hot air supply unit and a coagulant/polymer tank(30) and transferred at the state where the mold is deposited with a coagulant and polymer. The first far infrared radiation unit and the third hot air supply unit permit the mold passed through the second hot air supply unit to be gelled by far infrared ray and hot air. The fourth hot air supply unit dries the mold which is filtered off through a water tank(50), deposited with polymer through a polymer tank(60), and passed through a beading zone. The second far infrared radiation unit and the fifth hot air supply unit vulcanize the mold passed through the fourth hot air supply unit by far infrared ray and hot air.
