<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibacterial agents and sterilizers, having antibacterial and bactericidal activities superior to those of humic acid aqueous solutions by utilizing humus-derived material. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizer comprises fulvic acid as an active ingredient. The preferable form is an aqueous liquid form of the fulvic acid.
