<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal aligning apparatus for effectively and accurately fitting many terminals formed in a line on an electronic component into connecting holes formed on a substrate without any damage to the terminals through a simplified and inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal aligning apparatus 20 is provided with a pair of guide pieces 30a, 30b formed in a line and fixed with pins 31a, 31b to be opened and closed to the body 21, and also with opening and closing mechanisms (32, 33, 50) for simultaneously opening and closing the pair of guide pieces 30a, 30b. The terminal aligning apparatus 20 has a terminal guide hole 35 for holding a connecting terminal 11 to the reference position, and a terminal leading guide 36 to guide the connecting terminal 11 to the terminal guide hole 35, formed therein with the holders 35a, 35b and guides 36a, 36b formed to each opposing surface of the pair of guide pieces 30a, 30b when the pair of guide pieces 30a, 30b are closed with the opening and closing mechanisms (32, 33, 50). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
