METHOD OF TRANSFERRING ELECTRONIC BUSINESS CARD AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a method of easily transmitting and receiving application related information.

SOLUTION: In the method of transferring electronic business cards between a first device and a second device, the second device is remote from the first device, and both the first and the second device are one of a mobile station capable of communicating over a mobile communications network and of a computer having a connection to the mobile communications network. The method comprises the steps of: retrieving an electronic business card from a business card application of the first device, the business card application containing a plurality of electronic business cards each having a number of data fields; transmitting the business card to the second device via the mobile communications network; and storing the received business card in a business card application of the second device.
