<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good printed result when printed on a rewrite medium after erasure. <P>SOLUTION: This rewrite printer comprises an erasing section 301 for performing an erasing operation by heating rewritable paper P conveyed in a paper path 106 and a printing section 401 for performing the thermal printing operation, respectively provided to the upstream side and the downstream side in the paper path 106. A paper temperature sensor 152 for detecting temperature of the rewrite paper P conveyed in the paper path 106 is provided between the erasing section 301 and the printing section 401. Printing energy of the printing section 401 is controlled based on the detected result of the paper temperature sensor 152 according to a definition of a relationship between the temperature of the rewritable paper P and the printing energy of the printing section 401 stored in a memory section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
