<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag resistant to use under high temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna pattern 112 for forming an antenna of communication is provided with an inlet 110 which is electrically connected with a circuit chip 111 for performing a radio communication by the antenna, a heat storage unit 140 made of non-metal and for preventing heat conduction to the inlet 110 by encapsulating the inlet 110, and a heat insulation part 150 made of non-metal having a heat conduction rate smaller than the heat conductivity of the heat storage unit 140, surrounding the heat storage unit 140 so as to prevent the heat conduction to the heat storage unit 140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
