ELECTROLYTIC-CAPACITOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic-capacitor manufacturing method and an electrolytic capacitor obtained by the method wherein it can be manufactured easily in comparison with conventional ones and it is excellent in its withstanding voltage and it has a low ESR and a small leakage current.

SOLUTION: The electrolytic-capacitor manufacturing method includes a dispersive-material impregnation process for impregnating a capacitor element around which an anode foil having a formed dielectric film and an opposite cathode foil thereto having another formed dielectric film are wound via separators, with a dispersive material containing conductive-solid particles or a conductive-solid powder and a solvent; and includes a drying process for so evaporating the solvent after the dispersive-material impregnation process as to form the conductive-solid layers on the surfaces of the dielectric films, and further, includes an electrolyte impregnation process for impregnating the clearance between the conductive-solid layers with an electrolyte.
