PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved film or strip composition so that the film or the strip causes little or no adhesion with the contact surface of a package when it is packed. SOLUTION: This film or strip is treated so that the surface of the film or the strip causes little or no adhesion with the outer package.
