INFORMATION MARKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information marking device which is capable of sufficiently arousing people's attention while attaining the miniaturization so as to be advantageous in terms of installation and cost.

SOLUTION: The information marking device is constituted so that a vertically long marking part main body 6 is provided with: many light emitting diodes 8; a marking means which causes specific light emitting diodes 8 to emit the light so as to be able to simultaneously mark an image 11 of a picture or a figure and characters 12 while divided in upper and lower parts respectively; and a marking change means which changes and marks at least characters out of the image and characters marked by the marking means.
