PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion definition correcting device and a color conversion definition correcting program capable of performing correction suppressing loss of nonlinearity which color conversion definition originally has. SOLUTION: The correcting device includes a search 420 for searching corresponding points where arrangement of corresponding points with respect to regular arrangement of lattice points is a predetermined locally-discontinuous state, among a plurality of corresponding points constituting a color conversion definition defining color conversion between two color spaces, and constituted of a plurality of lattice points arranged regularly on one color space, and a plurality of corresponding points on the other color space corresponding to the plurality of lattice points respectively through color conversion; and a calculator 440 for calculating a new corresponding point capable of replacing each corresponding point found by the search by the search portion 420, on the basis of the correspondence between the other corresponding points excluding each corresponding found point and lattice points to which the other those corresponding points correspond, and replacing each found corresponding point with it.
