PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply assembling a magnetic circuit provided with a plurality of magnets split in the circumferential direction with high accuracy and to provide an assembling tool with which the magnetic circuit can be simply assembled with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The method uses the assembling tool 2, the inner peripheral part 21b of which is formed to be a shape circumscribed to outer circumferences 14c, split into a plurality of pieces, of the magnets 14 (14a) of the magnetic circuit 10, and which has a guide tool 21 (ring shaped tool) for positioning the magnets 14 (14a) to specified positions of a plate 15 or a yoke 13 and a magnetic attraction means (attracting magnet 21m) for attracting the outer circumferences 14c, split into a plurality of pieces, of the magnets 14 (14a) to the inner peripheral part 21b of the guide tool 21 (ring shaped tool) by a magnetic force, and the method includes: a step wherein first the magnets 14 (14a) are attracted to the inner periphery by using the attracting magnet 21m of the assembling tool 2; and a step of positioning and fixing the magnets 14 (14a) to the plate 15 or the yoke 13.
