PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with a camera that can easily capture an image in a lateral position suitably displayed and watched on a laterally long screen of a personal computer and a television receiver or the like capable of displaying an image with many numbers of pixels. SOLUTION: The mobile phone with the camera including a camera unit for photographing an image of an object and capable of photographing the object by the camera unit when set to a camera mode is characterized by including a warning unit for providing a warning for photographing a laterally located image. Further, a posture sensor and an opening/closing sensor are provided on the mobile phone with the camera, and a display position of the warning is changed depending on a signal from each sensor.
