PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel which is a display media drive type and is free from occurrence of short circuits between adjacent electrodes even when the electrode on the front side substrate is electrically connected to the electrode on the rear side substrate and an information display part is sealed. SOLUTION: In an information display panel for displaying information such as an image by sealing display media between 2 pieces of the substrates at least one of which is transparent, applying voltage between opposed counter electrodes provided on each substrate to give electric field to the display media to move the display media, the electrode provided on one substrate and the electrode provided on another substrate are electrically connected in the outside of the information display part of the information display panel and when a sealing agent containing conductive particles is provided between the substrates in the outer circumference of the information display part to seal the information display part, the width of the electrode portion 13 in outside area of the information display part is narrower than the width of the electrode 12 of the information display part 11 so that the distance L between the adjacent electrodes on a position corresponding to an arrangement part 15 of the sealing agent 14 in the electrode portion 13 in the outside area of the information display part may be larger than the diameter D of the conductive particle, preferably larger than 2 times of D.
