PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable attractive and unwearied image display together with musical piece reproduction when reproducing musical pieces by a personal digital assistant provided with a musical reproduction function and an image display function. SOLUTION: A personal digital assistant has a sound processing part 23 for reproducing the musical pieces; a word extraction part 26 for extracting words by sound recognition processing from the musical pieces of reproduction sound; a keyword extraction part 27 for extracting keywords based on a prescribed rule from the extracted words; an image retrieval part 25 for retrieving images from a retrieval destination such as web pages on a local storage part 18 or the Internet based on the extracted keywords; and a display part 14 for displaying the retrieved images.
