PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor compression type cycle capable of uniformizing refrigerant temperatures in the first and second evaporators when defrosted. SOLUTION: This vapor compression type cycle provided with an ejector 14 and the plurality of evaporators 15, 19 is provided with a bypath passage 23 for introducing a high pressure refrigerant discharged from a compressor 12 directly into the second evaporator 19, an opening and closing means 24 provided in the bypath passage 23, having prescribed throttle opening when opened, and for opening and closing the bypath passage 23, the second passage 25 for branching a refrigerant flow in a downstream of the opening and closing means 24, and for guiding the refrigerant flow to the first evaporator 15, and the first backflow blocking means 26a provided in second passage 25 and for blocking the backflow of the refrigerant from a first evaporator 15 side to a second evaporator 19 side.
