PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for forcibly driving a motor regardless of a microswitch by independently forming a circuit utilizing a push button switch controllable from the external, and a method for rotating a motor shaft by external force by a driver for turning a screw, while using the slotted motor shaft, as a means applied in a case when it is necessary to feed power to the motor by an another method as a thermostat is not operated at a normal temperature though the motor is operated at the normal temperature in maintenance/service of an automatic ice making machine. SOLUTION: This automatic ice making device has a structure where a gear part and a V-groove part of a cam is connected by a ratchet mechanism, and the gear part and the V-groove part are composed of two or more bodies, the gear part and the V-groove part are closely kept into contact with the ratchet part through a spring having elasticity, the ratchet is fixed in one direction of the rotation and can run idle in the other direction, and the cam is rotated by the external force without driving the motor to switch a button of the microswitch ON from the V-groove portion.
