PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of an engine combustion air sucking and exhausting passage capable of surely preventing re-suction by disposing a radiator fan in an engine storing space, in an engine drive-type refrigerating container. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating container 1 performing temperature management in a container 3 by a refrigerating unit 4, an engine 22 as one of driving sources of the refrigerating unit 4 is disposed, a fuel tank 23 for the engine 22 is disposed at a lower part of the engine 22, a lower engine cover 68 is disposed to cover the circumference of the engine 22 and an upper part of the fuel tank 23, a clearance R is formed between the lower engine cover 68 and a side face of the fuel tank 23, the radiator fan 26 is disposed on the side face of the refrigerating unit 4 in the storing space of the engine 22, an introduction portion 32a is formed to guide the outside air sucked by the radiator fan 26 from the clearance R to the engine storing space, and an introduction portion 32a of a suction pipe 32 connected to the engine 22 is disposed near the clearance R.
