PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for forming a conductive layer with less damage to a substrate, and to provide electronic components as well as capacitors having their excellent electronic characteristics. SOLUTION: This relates to the electronic components comprising ceramic or aluminum, tantalum, niobium, or the substrate including oxides or nitrides made thereof; the electronic components including the conductive layer formed by disposing an adhesive conductive sheet on the substrate; and the capacitors having the electronic components. There is less pressure to the substrate while the conductive layer is being formed. This results in controlling damages to the substrate during the course of forming the conductive layer, and contributing to the reliability improvement of electronic devices.
