PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component capable of preventing breakage caused by vibration by improving retaining strength between a power distribution member such as a bus bar and a sealing terminal board. SOLUTION: In an electrolytic capacitor 1 shown as an example of an electronic component, the sealing terminal board 5 has a protrusion 501 protruding to the same height as external ends 511 and 521 of terminals 51 and 52 formed on the upper surface of an insulation board 50. Thus, while bus bars 62 and 63 are fixed to the upper surface of the terminals 51 and 52 with screws, the upper surface of the protrusion 501 is also in contact with the bus bars 62 and 63.
