PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method which can make a client terminal display the latest WEB sites in real time without accessing WEB pages by this client terminal. SOLUTION: The system 1 has a server which is connected to the client terminal 2 through a communication network, and manages data that is displayed on the client terminal 2. The system 1 has a means for acquiring capture images of one or all parts of a second WEB page that is provided with a hyperlink on a first WEB page displayed on the client terminal 2, and a means for outputting the acquired capture images to the client terminal.
