PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic for hair-grooming, having good compatibility to the hair and extensibility, excellent in operating property on hair-grooming without having sticky feeling, excellent in touch feeling, imparting excellent groomed hair-keeping power and re-hair-grooming power peculiar to an oil component, excellent in washing out property from the hair and having high emulsion stability. SOLUTION: This emulsified cosmetic for hair-grooming is a composition containing the following A to F components, and having 40 to 70 wt.% total content of the A to D components and also 20 to 40 wt.% content of the F component. (A) Waxes being solid at a room temperature, (B) Hydrocarbons being solid at a room temperature, (C) A branched type liquid oil, (D) An oil agent other than the A to C components, (E) A fatty acid ester type non-ionic surfactant and (F) water.
