PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance for eliminating cloud of a vehicular window glass in a cabin-inside surface thereof. SOLUTION: In a defroster device 10, when a heat ray 26 is radiated to a windshield 18 by a heat ray generating device 16, the heat ray 26 is absorbed by a heat ray absorbing layer 20 of the windshield 18. Even if one part of the heat ray 26 transmits the heat ray absorbing layer 20, the transmitted heat ray 26A is reflected toward the heat ray absorbing layer 20 by a heat ray reflecting layer 22, and finally absorbed by the heat ray absorbing layer 20. A cabin-inside surface 18A is heated by absorbing the heat ray 26 with the heat ray absorbing layer 20. Since heating efficiency in the cabin-inside surface 18A is improved, performance for eliminating cloud of the windshield 18 in the cabin-inside surface 18A can be improved.
