PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impregnation resin of SMC from penetrating a surface layer to be exposed and to make the surface layer have homogeneous characteristics by a surface sheet alone. SOLUTION: In an FRP molding, a substrate layer 1, an intermediate layer 2 made of an intermediate sheet of a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric, and the surface layer 3 made of a surface sheet of a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric are laminated vertically to be molded integrally. The intermediate sheet intervening between the SMC and the surface sheet can be cured in a shorter time as compared with the SMC and the surface sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
