The invention relates to a method of processing a sequence of data representing a three-dimensional (3D) model of one or more elements. A plurality of the elements define a rigid object, and four of the elements of the rigid object not included in the same plane define the spatial position and orientation of the rigid object. The method comprises determining the position of each of the four elements of the rigid object at a first instance in time (Tl) and at a second instance in time (T2), and determining, for each of the four elements of the rigid object, a motion vector as the difference between the position at the second and first instances in time. The motion vectors are then selected to represent the spatial position and orientation of the rigid object at the second instance in time (T2). |
