PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration information management system ana registration information management method by which attribute information registered to be associated with electronic service can easily be comprehended.

SOLUTION: The registration information management system is equipped with: a file acquisition part for acquiring a registration attribute information file having attribute information on an individual who is registered to be associated with services to be provided on a network; an attribute extraction part for extracting attribute information from the acquired registration attribute information file; and an attribute presentation part for presenting the extracted attribute information.
