COLLECTION SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND COLLECTION SERVICE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection service management system for improving efficiency of collection service by transmitting debtor information to each section in charge and by selecting an optimal person in charge of the service for a debtor.

SOLUTION: The system comprises: a debtor attribute information database 10 for storing attribute information on each debtor; a credit situation classifying means 2 for classifying credit situations; a management situation classifying means 3 for classifying management situations; a delay period classifying means 4 for classifying the delay period for each debtor; a section in charge determining means 5 for determining a section in charge of the service; a debtor information transmitting means 6 for transmitting attribute information on the debtor; an attribute information update means 7 for updating the attribute information; a service in charge distribution means 8 for distributing a person in charge of the service to each service; a service time determining means 9 for determining whether or not the service time of the person in charge of the service meets a prescribed condition; a service information database 11 for storing the order of priority of the service in charge and service which the person in charge can take the charge; and a control means 12.
