<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently carry out maintenance and management in heat supply equipment having a boiler and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A first computer 6 or a second computer 15 determines whether restoration of the heat supply equipment 1 can be dealt with by change of a setting value and the like or not based on an analysis result. If the restoration cannot be dealt with by the change of the setting value and the like, based on a specified trouble cause, restoration data concerning restoration instruction information instructing a restoration procedure for restoring the heat supply equipment 1 causing the trouble are generated from the categorized trouble cause to be sent to a computer on the equipment side.
