<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that makes it possible to ensure the high quality of an electronic component even if it is susceptible to pressure, and to build it in the motor to obtain a housing mold. <P>SOLUTION: Moisture expands as contained in the winding elements 21 of a capacitor 12 and a capacitor 13 by 0.15 to 0.30 wt.%, and the pressure in a metal case 23 is increased. As a result, the pressure in the metal case 23 and the flowing pressure of a thermoset resin 17 flowing in the upper part of a top face 23a become substantially equal to each other. Then, crush in the side face and the top face 23a of the metal case 23 can be prevented. Slightly contained moisture reacts to a flaw produced in a dielectric layer of the winding elements 21, and re-forms an aluminum oxide film. Therefore, current leakage is repaired and thus damage to a capacitor and increase in leakage current are suppressed.
