<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can control such a matter that a current flows to a specified switch element, resulting in heating. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle driving force controller equipped with a main driving wheel and a following driving wheel comprises: a heat engine which drives the main driving wheel; a generator which is driven by the heat engine; an AC motor which drives the following driving wheel, by being supplied with power generated by the generator; an inverter which is provided between the generator and the AC motor; and a controller which controls the generator, the AC motor, and the inverter. The controller controls the inverter so that the generated power of the generator may be smaller when giving the AC motor braking force by controlling the inverter, judging that specified conditions are met, whereby it fixes the utilization factor of the voltage to be applied to the AC motor and enlarges the phase of the voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
