<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a required conductive polymer membrane by controlling the changes in the conductive polymer membrane, in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the conductive polymer membrane includes a step (1) in which a conductive polymer membrane F is formed on an operation electrode 2, by conducting electricity from a power source unit 16 to the operation electrode 2 and a counter electrode 8, while irradiating a light from a light-irradiating part 4 to a prism 1; a step (2) in which a light-receiving part 5 obtains an absorption spectrum from the reflected light L of the conductive polymer membrane F irradiated from the prism 1; a step (3) in which a relation between a light absorption degree of the conductive polymer membrane F, obtained from the absorption spectrum and a parameter of the conductive polymer membrane F, is stored in a controller 6; and a step (4) in which, based on the relation between the light absorbing degree and the parameter, electrical conduction to the working electrode 2 and the counter electrode 8 is controlled by the controller 6 so that the required parameter can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
