PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption, including peripheral circuits by sharing the bias current. SOLUTION: An A/D converter 52 converts an analog current signal into a digital signal. The A/D converter is provided with a filter, which removes the noise components from the analog current signal and outputs an analog voltage signal; a quantization part, which quantizes the analog voltage signal outputted from the filter and generates digital signal; and a D/A conversion part which converts the digital signal, generated by the quantization part into an analog feedback current and feeds it back to the input of the filter, as well as, supplies its own drive current to the output of a frequency converter 51, outputting the analog current signal via the path of the analog current signal as a drive current for driving the frequency converter.
