PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator unit capable of extracting a digital output signal with an excellent oscillation characteristic. SOLUTION: The oscillator unit includes an A/D converter 11 for A/D converting an analog input signal, a digital signal processing circuit 12 performing predetermined digital signal processing onto the output signal of the A/D converter 11, a D/A converter 13 for D/A converting the output signal of the digital signal processing circuit 12, and a phase shifter 14 for phase shifting the output signal of the D/A converter 13 and outputting to the A/D converter 11 the phase-shifted signal obtained by the above phase shifting. The output signal of the D/A converter 13 is amplified relative to the input signal to the A/D converter 11.
