<p>A chamber chip (17) is provided with a pre-branching chamber (21), a branching chamber (22) and a guiding flow channel (24) for connecting such chambers. The branching chamber (22) has a separating wall (22c) which partitions the chamber into two branching chambers (29A, 29B). A wall surface (22a) on the side of a rotating shaft (13) of the branching chamber (22) has an obtuse extending angle (?e) from an outlet end section (24b) of the guiding flow channel (24). The chamber chip (17) rotates about the rotating shaft (13), and a liquid (23) flows into the branching chamber (22) from the pre-branching chamber (21) through a guiding flow channel (24). The liquid (23) is selectively supplied to one of the branching chambers (29A, 29B) by a Coriolis force operated in a direction opposite to rotating directions (R1, R2) about the rotating shaft (13).</p> |
