ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID GLASSY MATERIAL AND ITS FABRICATION METHOD

There is provided an organic-inorganic hybrid glassy material, the Abbe number of which does not change significantly exceeding 1.5 (the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is within 1.5) in the temperature range of 20°C to 150°C. The organic-inorganic hybrid glassy material may have a transmittance that does not decrease more than 5% in the wavelength region of 300 nm to 800 nm when it is illuminated with a laser light having a wavelength of 330 nm to 380 nm.
