<p>A 1+1 service protection method in OBS networks, and the relevant switch node apparatus and service protection system are achieved in this invention. The method discloses that optical bursts bearing service are transported through two independent routes and each burst corresponds to a control packet, wherein the control packet is provided with a waiting time field for recording the waiting time, a sequence number field for recording the relevant burst number and a quality loss field for recording the loss in signal quality; the merge node where the two transporting routes converge together receives the first control packet transported through one route with a sequence number, and then, when it continues to receive the second control packet, which is transported through the other route with the same sequence number as the first packet carries, within the waiting time set by the first packet, the merge node will select the burst corresponding to the control packet with a lower quality loss value. The present invention can provide effective 1+1 protection to service in OBS networks, prevent the service from being cut down and remarkably reduce the packet lost ratio.</p> |
