PROCESS FOR PREPARING PALLADIUM NANOPARTICLES USING TRIBLOCK COPOLYMERS

A preparation method of palladium nanoparticles is provided to obtain uniform size nanoparticles through a simplified process and at the same time, to diversify size and shape of the nanoparticles. A preparation method of palladium nanoparticles includes the steps of: dissolving a polyethylene oxide polypropyleneoxide-polyethyleneoxide block copolymer in a distilled water to produce a triblock copolymer solution; and adding and stirring (or agitating) a palladium (Pd) precursor compound into the triblock copolymer solution at 0.2-1 mole ratio. Further, the palladium precursor compound is added additionally to adjust size and shape of particles, and, an acid or a base is added into the triblock copolymer solution to adjust pH thereof.
