A polarizing film attaching apparatus is provided to load a substrate module stably, to move the substrate module by a rotary manner, and to attach a deflection film to both sides of the module. A work table(2) offers a work surface. A rotation table(4) has a rotation surface rotated with the center portion as the reference by receiving the driving power from a driving source. Plural loading plates(6) are arranged on the rotation table and fixes any one surface or the opposite surface among both side surfaces of the substrate module. Two film attaching devices(10) are arranged at the outside of the rotation surface, press a polarizing film by the rolling operation of a compression roller and attach the polarizing film to any one surface or the opposite surface of the substrate module loaded at the loading plate. Tow foreign substance remover(20) removes the foreign substances stuck on any one surface or the opposite surface by the adhesion force. A module inversion layer is located between two film attaching devices and inverts the loading posture by the rotation operation so that the polarizing film is attached at the opposite surface opposite to any one surface with the attached polarizing film. |
