A motor reducer for a hybrid vehicle is provided to lengthen a lifetime of hybrid battery by performing simultaneously a charging process and a torque assisting process. A motor reducer for a hybrid vehicle includes a ring gear(20), a first rotor(10), a second rotor(11), and a first and second stators(13,14). The ring gear is fixed and installed in an inside of a transmission case. The first rotor is connected to the ring gear by using a planetary gear. The second rotor is connected to the first rotor by using the planetary gear. The first and second stators are arranged between the first and second rotors. The first and second stators are separated from each other by using a separator(12). The first and second rotors are simultaneously rotated in a driving state of a motor.
