A sludge collecting scraper is provided to move and discharge a large quantity of sludge to a bottom surface of an enriching bath promptly, by installing a triple scraper consisting of an upper scraper, a middle scraper, and a lower scraper within the enriching bath. A frame(20) is rotatively joined to one side of a rotating unit, wherein the frame includes a lower surface(23) facing a bottom face of an enriching bath and an upper surface(22) oppositely to the lower surface. A plurality of bar-shaped support members(21) are protruded from the lower surface of the frame. A plurality of upper scrapers(12) are obliquely distanced from each other on the upper surface of the frame. The upper scrapers move sludge stacking on an upper portion of the frame toward the bottom of the enriching bath. A plurality of middle scrapers(11) are obliquely distanced from each other on the lower surface of the frame while the middle scrapers cross the upper scrapers. The middle scrapers move sludge stacking on a lower portion of the frame toward the bottom of the enriching bath. A plurality of lower scrapers(10) are obliquely distanced from each other across the middle scrapers, and joined to the support members. The lower scrapers are contacted with the bottom face of the enriching bath so as to move the sludge toward the bottom of the enriching bath. Further, a shape of a section of the frame is lozenge.
