An apparatus for manufacturing latex foam using hot air and far infrared ray and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve quality of latex foam by arranging convey units and temperature sensors in each section. An apparatus for manufacturing latex foam using hot air and far infrared ray, includes a frame(10), a convey unit(20), an injection unit(30), a first heat supply unit(40), a washing unit(50), a dehydration unit(60), a second heat supply unit(70), a cutting unit(130), and a winding unit(120). The convey unit conveys latex foam in a jig-jag way, and is arranged in a connection part. The injection unit sprays and supplies latex into a predetermined thickness. The first heat supply unit vulcanizes the latex foam by supplying far infrared radiation heat onto the surface of the latex foam. The washing unit washes the latex foam conveyed along the first heat supply unit. The dehydration unit dehydrates moisture from the latex foam. The second heat supply unit dries the latex foam by hot air and far infrared radiation heat. The cutting unit cuts the latex foam conveyed from the second heat supply unit, and the winding unit rolls the latex foam into a roll.
