An apparatus for conveying the shroud nozzle in the continuous casting facilities is provided to prevent damage and cracking of the shroud nozzle or safety accidents of the workers generated in the shroud nozzle moving process when workers move a shroud nozzle from a shroud nozzle storing box to continuous casting facilities. An apparatus for conveying a shroud nozzle in continuous casting facilities comprises: a lifting rotary unit including a rotary body(20) rotated by a motor(15) and a lifting body(30) lifted from the rotary body and integrally rotated with the rotary body; and a moving unit including a moving body(50) installed above the lifting body, lifted and rotated integrally with the lifting body, and moved horizontally relative to the ground, and a holder(60) installed at an end portion of the moving body to hold a shroud nozzle(1). The apparatus further comprises a fixing body(10) which fixes the apparatus to the ground and functions as a central shaft during the rotation of the apparatus.
