An adhesive-power reinforcing member used for repairing a section of a concrete structure, and a method for repairing the section using the same are provided to increase combining force between an aged concrete construction and a section recovered layer by forming a groove part at the head part of the member and inserting the section recovering mortar in the groove part. An adhesive-power reinforcing member(20) is formed with a screw part(22) at the place where an aged concrete structure(10) is inserted, and a groove part(26) having a ring-shaped structure at the head part which is combined with a reinforcement. The inlet of the groove part is relatively narrower than the inside thereof. Adhesive force reinforcing members are installed at the aged concrete structure at a predetermined gap. Section recovering members are installed with predetermined thickness on the concrete structure installed with the adhesive force reinforcing members.
